    All of our coaches have a designated priority seating area at the front of the vehicles. When an individual with a disability joins us for a sightseeing tour, we may ask other, non-disabled passengers to relocate to non-priority seating. Each coach has a wheelchair securement area available.

    Lift-Equipped Buses

    When you book transportation through our company, you can rest assured that the vehicle is accessible. If you require a lift-equipped charter bus, please notify Haymarket Transportation at least 48 hours prior to your departure time. Our lift-equipped buses each have two wheelchair securement areas.

    Driver Assistance

    Our professional drivers are well-trained to efficiently and sensitively respond to the needs of travelers with disabilities. Please let your driver know if you require assistance with anything during your trip. Note that the drivers are not permitted to provide medical care, or assistance with eating or toileting. The driver can help you safely store your mobility aids. If a mobility aid cannot fit in the overhead compartment, it will be stored in the luggage compartment at no charge to you. The driver will be happy to retrieve your mobility aid when you’re ready to disembark.
